This is the web site of the Knight & Lagden family chalet in the Lotschental, one of the most beautiful valleys in Switzerland. Situated at 2000 metres it clings to the mountainside and has breathtaking views of the famous Bietschorn mountain. The chalet is ideally situated for both 'door to door' skiing in the winter and walking in the summer.

History of Chalet Knylag

Lotschental means 'hidden valley'. Until recently the valley was kept a secret and left untouched by development. In the 1970's an English architect created a small community of private chalets high above the existing villages called Fischbiel. The Knight and Lagden families (Knylag) designed a unique home there together and it has been the centre for memorable family skiing and walking holidays ever since.
